Raffle Rules and Information – Please read carefully

CHECK-IN:
All tickets must be picked up at check-in before 7:00pm. If you cannot be present, you may send a representative along with your proof of purchase email. Entry is only permitted with purchase of a ticket. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be admitted. Any unclaimed tickets will be auctioned off after 7:00pm. 

RAFFLE TICKETS:
There will be a maximum of 300 tickets available. 290 tickets will be sold prior to the event for $150 each. Nine (9) tickets are reserved to auction off throughout the evening. The tenth remaining ticket will be raffled off and awarded after the 290th ticket has been drawn, which guarantees the winner of the raffle a top ten position. Chances to win this special ticket can be purchased throughout the evening: 1 chance for $5 or 5 for $20.

TICKET INSURANCE:
“Insurance” is available for purchase only during check-in. Purchasing “insurance” allows your ticket a second chance if it is pulled at any point during the raffle.

AUCTIONING OFF YOUR RAFFLE TICKET:
If your ticket still remains, you will have the opportunity to offer it up for auction any time after the 200th ticket has been drawn. All tickets sold or exchanged during the drawing must go through the auctioneer, otherwise the ticket will be deemed invalid. Any tickets offered for auction (with the exception of the final 10) will be sold to the highest bidder and all bids must be accepted. Participants agree to 30% of all auction sales going to the Belton Band Boosters.

SILENT AUCTION:
The silent auction will open at 6:00pm and close at 8:30pm. Check out will be available starting at 9:00pm. Prizes can be paid for and collected at the end of the evening.


**Winner(s) will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Winner(s) receiving proceeds or prizes valued at $600 or greater value will be required to complete Form W-9 for reporting purposes in accordance with IRS guidelines. Winner(s) must have any remaining balance paid in full prior to leaving the premises with their winnings. All prizes are given away by
